ACERO confirms with great joy and praise to Almighty God the good news that 37 Assyrian Christian hostages kidnapped from the Assyrian villages along the Khabur river in Syria were today released.

The Barnabas Fund has kindly provided the released hostages with food, medication and other necessary support upon their arrival to the town of Tel Tamar in Syria. Dr Patrick has also assured the Assyrian Church of the East in Syria that Barnabas will continue to support the people who arrive in the area.
