***SLEEPING UNDER BRIDGES & IN BUILDINGS SITES: ACERO REACHES 1500 DISPLACED PERSONS IN DOHUK***
Update 3/3 – Living In A Schoolyard
ACERO has implemented a massive relief campaign targeted at Iraqi minority groups displaced by ongoing conflict in Northern Iraq.
The programme, sponsored by the Barnabas Fund and implemented by ACERO on-the-ground, targeted three locations in and around the Dohuk area and reached 302 families; approximately 1500 individuals.
In all three locations ACERO found Christian and Yezidi living in horrific and heart-breaking circumstances. We are proud to have assisted all that required help.
***Update 3/3: In the last effort of this project, ACERO reached about 400 people living in a residential area near a schoolyard. Food and hygiene packages were distributed to all those present.***
